Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations

16. If you need to cancel or change your booking, this requires at least 48 hours notice.

17. Clients who don’t notify any change or cancellation 48 hours in advance, or who miss or do not attend appointments on the day, will not be refunded and are charged the full fee payable.

18. Marta Canadell reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session: in this case we may offer you an alternative appointment if required. In the event of this not proving suitable to you, a full refund will be given.

Returns

19. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

20. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

21. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

29. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
